As a Head of Partner Analytics and Reporting Automation, you will be in a critical leadership position, responsible for supporting strategic priorities and translating them into an analytics vision. Lead the team delivering our analytics roadmap for cobrand Partner credit cards, with a focus on portfolio analytics and efforts to engage and retain our customers. In addition, you will provide leadership and mentoring for a team of 25 analysts in the US and India.
You will work closely with our cobrand teams to manage their portfolio and commitments with our partners, and collaborates with its peers in Card D&A analytics to bring all our data, analytics and AI capabilities to bear. Lead the team responsible for our Reporting and Automation roadmap across Card D&A, shifting our manual processes to an automated business intelligence stack. The team also drives the adoption of more self-service tools and will work on rolling out GenAI capabilities for reporting.
