As a Process Manager, you will work closely with JPMorgan Private Client and partners to organize, manage and oversee a variety of activities aligned with our Private Client business model. They will work closely with peer groups across Consumer and Community Bank Lines of Businesses and other cross functional teams to plan, coordinate and deliver initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 8 years of prior experience in financial services industry, preferably in wealth management or investments organizations
• 8 years of experience delivering products, projects, technology applications, or equivalent expertise; preferably with some experience in Retail / Consumer Banking or other Chase / JPMorgan businesses
• Extensive knowledge of operational management and change readiness 
• Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies 
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
• Ability to synthesize information to formulate a message for Senior Management
• Prior experience creating high quality presentations used for executive level management communication and transparency into program strategy and progress
• Understands broad-ranging information and new concepts quickly and able to distil into key points
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate to senior stakeholders; strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills including ability to foster a collaborative, positive work environment with stakeholders and peers
• High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office products’ (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Data and analytical experience (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.); use of data visualization skills (e.g. Tableau) preferred 
• Recognized thought leader within related field
• Industry recognized agility-based Product Delivery certification(s)
• Is an effective storyteller prepared to share the development of strategies and results with team and executive stakeholders
• Is a fantastic partner, truly focused on relationship building and leading through strong collaboration
