DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Drive transformation in the firm’s data environment to meet the evolving needs of the business and support core finance and business processes. Plan, direct, manage, and implement end-to-end solutions for data infrastructure, data products, and analytics output. Interact with key stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and consumer lines of business to support analytics, reporting, and the development of new solutions to meet the needs of senior stakeholders and the finance organization. Develop and maintain dashboards that meet stakeholder needs. Automate manual reporting, key business processes, and quality control checks in data and develop documentation for automated processes. Conduct ad hoc data analysis to answer key business questions posed by executives and other leaders. Manage multiple projects with tight timelines and provide guidance to junior team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Financial Analysis, Data Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: SQL; Oracle; MySQL; developing dashboards using Tableau; Data wrangling and ETL using Alteryx; Python; R; Big Data; Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, graphs, tables, and performing calculations and automation to process large volumes of data; Statistical analysis, including demographical and household segmentation, traffic and location analysis; Customer acquisition and retention analysis; Text analysis; and geospatial data analysis and visualization.
