JPMorgan Chase is Hiring a Credit Data Analysis & Reporting, Senior Associate Near Chicago, IL

Join the Commercial Bank unit within Finance & Business Management today where you will learn core business processes and help achieve strategic plans by providing actionable insights & analysis in credit/lending portfolios.

As a Senior Associate on the Credit Portfolio Metrics Reporting team you will be responsible for supporting data analysis and business management covering credit portfolios; it is a high-visibility role with direct interaction and partnership with various senior stakeholders. 

Job responsibilities

  • Manage various data analysis and reporting processes covering credit portfolios for senior executive (C-level) and risk managers on regular basis, perform as subject matter expert for Credit data and reporting 
  • Assist with key business management functions, including analysis for management reporting and ad-hoc requests related to credit portfolios, by managing a high-volume and high-complexity reporting & analytics book of work, leverage rigorous project management discipline
  • Engage with various senior stakeholders across Risk, Banking, Finance, Product, Technology, by eliciting and documenting requirements, gathering feedback and presenting to stakeholders of reporting products and drive next steps
  • Identify, define and present actionable solutions and insights; ‘story-telling’ with complex data

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Management
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management or Reporting in the financial services industry or management consulting, experience in Credit Risk or Lending product
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities; ability to support executive ad-hoc requests in a timely manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support executive ad-hoc requests in a timely manner. 
  • Strong executive storytelling and presentation skills in written form and verbally
