Our culture in Risk Management and Compliance is all about thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo, and striving to be best-in-class.We are seeking a Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) Compliance Risk Management Lead in Employee Compliance, who will serve as the Sales Practices Lead and will effectively provide support to Line of Business (LOB) and global/regional Compliance teams; including Internal Audit, Operational Risk and other Control functions. As a Compliance Risk Management Lead, you will be required to have prior knowledge and experience in Compliance, as well as familiarity with regulatory and/or audit best practices. The Conduct Risk program, including Sales Practices, within CCB provides a framework to address the risks associated with any action or inaction by an employee or employees that could lead to unfair client or customer outcomes, impact the integrity of the markets in which the firm operates, or compromise the Firm's reputation. Primary responsibilities of this role include you performing and approving monitoring, analysis, and providing regulatory advisement of compliance risk related to applicable rules, laws, and regulations governing the LOB. Job Responsibilities Identify potential Compliance related risks, concerns and control issues, determine the root cause of issues and ensure stakeholders develop and implement appropriate corrective actions Execute on key strategic Compliance initiatives within the context of the firm's global compliance mandate Work collaboratively with team members across LOBs and staff areas and participate actively in working groups Performing monitoring and testing activities Understanding Policy ManagementRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Understanding of regulatory concepts including, but not limited to, Sales Practices and Conduct Risk Experience working with internal groups including Legal, Audit, or Risk to ensure consistent understanding of requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Effectively interfacing with stakeholders Independent decision maker, able to make time-sensitive assessments and to discuss complex regulatory issues with senior management Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint) including large data setsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Exceptional research and analytical skills Understanding of all lines of business and products Ability to partner with and provide guidance to associates/analyst/intern roles Proven ability to formulate and execute an investigation
