The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s global DEI strategy and initiatives that strengthen our culture and ensure that DEI is integral when the firm develops and delivers products and services that help employees, customers, clients, and communities grow and thrive without leaving anyone behind. As a Program Manager in the Global DEI Community Development Team and Community Impact Team, you will work closely with the Managing Director overseeing the firm’s $30 billion racial equity commitment and DEI’s programing focused on driving greater opportunity and resiliency in communities by expanding housing affordability, access to homeownership and supporting institutions that help communities thrive.
Areas of responsibility will include preparing content for key internal and external stakeholder engagement, leading the team’s program management responsibilities, managing Finances and OKRs and, organizing and preparing key reports and presentations, such as Business Reviews. The ideal candidate must have program and project management skills, experience with governance, data and analytical skills, experience working within a business area, and strong written communication skills.
This role reports to the Head of the Global DEI Community Development pillar, and the Head of Community Impact for JPMorgan Chase.
