Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for the Sapphire Airport Lounge by The Club program controls framework, ensuring the appropriate oversight is taking place and clearly defined accountability across impacted functions in alignment with JPMC standards. This includes applying consistent on-boarding controls and governance for future Sapphire Airport Lounge network components including lounge SOWs, Airport Pop-Up’s, and other program projects for adherence to internal governance requirements, contract obligations, Third Party oversight (TPO) vendor management and Third-Party Intermediary (TPI) reporting. This person will also be responsible for executing steady state controls oversight, reporting and documentation for the Airport Lounge program to deliver a strong, scalable and audit ready Controls framework. They will foster a controls and governance culture that promotes simplicity and accuracy in execution with proactive identification of issues and ownership of solutions, establishing operational excellence through disciplined controls management resulting in satisfactory ratings for required program elements. This candidate will participate in control testing, validating evidence prior to submitting to reviewers, auditors and/or examiners, and partnering with the business to update/create robust procedures.
Qualifications:
3 years of Operations, Marketing, Controls and/or Compliance experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a major in Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Business Management or similar discipline
Proficient in Microsoft products and extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint a necessity, SharePoint experience preferred
