As an Affluent Events Management Associate in our Client Services team, you will be tasked with the development and implementation of event strategies for our affluent clientele. Your role will involve conceptualizing event ideas that align with our objectives and ensuring their flawless execution with your team for an unforgettable event experience as well as collaborating with various partners, including external agencies, brand, legal, Public Relations, and social teams. You will be integral to bringing your vision to fruition and providing a comprehensive event experience. 

Job Requirements:

  • Creating, owning and administering sports & entertainment tickets & experiences (US Open, PGA, concerts, sporting events)
  • Provide onsite & behind the scenes support for all events/experiential activations serving this audience (above and beyond Sports and Entertainment programs)
  • Work closely with the regional teams to oversee and execute flawless events using USWM guidelines
  • Create pre and post event briefs for before and after each event
  • Create detailed internal/external communication plans designed to communicate and promote events including development of invite materials such as invites/registration websites 
  • Work with field representatives to ensure the appropriate clients and prospects are invited to events, and ensure client invites and attendees are tracked
  • Work with analytics teams to track events and communicate success metrics on a regular basis
  • Maintain, communicate and track event successes on a daily basis
  • Event Operations - including but not limited to seek business approvals, manage budget, TPO guidelines, work with AP to process invoices, track invoices, managing gifting, etc. 
  • Produce ad-hoc event reports for business needs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 4 years prior experience in event planning/ticketing 
  • Understand the needs and expectations of an affluent/UHNW client
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Can work as a true partner across multiple teams/organizations to deliver on sought after S&E/experiences. 
  • Experience planning and executing large-scale and smaller-scale events that are brand-relevant and very high quality; a passion for detail and an ability to think creatively is critical
  • Takes ownership & exercises strong judgment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to ensure the needs of the group are met.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Discretion around private client information a must
  • Able to think and react quickly during event execution and able to work fluidly when overseeing events
  • Willingness to work in fast-paced environment and beyond traditional business hours when necessary; ability to travel (could be 10-20%)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
