Vice President, Sapphire Lounge Product Strategy and Network Partnerships 

As a Vice President of Sapphire Lounge Product Strategy and Network Partnerships within the Chase Branded Cards organization, you will play a pivotal leadership role in enhancing the value provided to Chase credit card customers. Your responsibilities will include the development of product strategies and managing partnerships with external entities. You will be instrumental in formulating product strategies that align with our customer goals, promoting NPS, and broadening card and connected commerce experiences throughout the travel journey. Additionally, you will manage multiple initiatives and foster relationships across various business lines and with external partners. This role is a part of Card Services, a crucial business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.

Job responsibilities

  • Focus on Sapphire Lounge product strategy and it’s evolution as a key travel benefit, in addition to managing strategic lounge partners 
  • Work with several key internal and external stakeholders through collaboration to drive strategy, opportunity assessment and business case development using customer insights to enhance the end-to-end traveler journey. 
  • Manage key lounge partnerships, delivering to contractual commitments and key project milestones. 
  • Work cross functionally with the Chase Branded Cards teams, Chase Travel and other lines of business. 
  • Have strong analytical skills, understanding of a P&L, business trend analysis and forecasting
  • Effectively manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables at the same time by being pro-active, action-oriented and results driven with the ability to prioritize in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
  • Be intellectually curious with a customer-first mindset

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Must have project management, and strategic partnership management experience
  • Must have strategy development, business case development and execution
  • BS degree or equivalent experience required
  • Demonstrated strong cross-functional leadership, partnership, and influencing skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and planning 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • MBA preferred 
  • Travel, airline experience a plus
  • Minimum of 8 years of industry experience, preferably in travel or travel-related industries
