Then the JPMorgan Tech Academy has the role for you as we are looking to add an experienced client solutions leader to our team. JPMC Tech Academy was created as part of the Global Technology Talent 2.0 Transformation (T2.0) program, a strategic initiative designed to develop and retain technology talent, and accelerate our application of skills required to support Global Technology’s strategic priorities. 

As a leader within the Tech Academy Leadership team, you will be responsible for the comprehensive domain integrated learning strategy, delivering on the academy's firmwide priorities. You will serves as the main partner to Line of Business and functional leaders, solutioning and identifying appropriate learning solution(s) to drive business results. You will be responsible for helping to drive an employee-centric learning environment that promotes innovation, collaboration, excellence, and integrity.
Your role is unique as it involves working closely with senior leaders across Global Technology and other LOB/Functional Product Offices, to enable the learning agenda in support of the firmwide Product Operating Model transformation agenda. Additionally, this position comes with significant senior leader exposure. Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business leaders to understand their specific needs and tailor learning pathways to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Translate business objectives into relevant and engaging learning experiences for employees.
  • Demonstrate the quantifiable impact of the platform on key KPIs that measure business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to champion the platform and integrate it seamlessly into existing workflows.
  • Develop targeted onboarding and implementation programs for diverse business units and user groups.
  • Track and analyze platform usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and increased engagement.
  • Define key metrics, identify key customer segments, and develop targeted programs to drive user adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Represent the customer success function at senior leadership forums advocating for the platform and shaping the future of learning within the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and domain architect by utilizing deep domain knowledge in Product, Agility and Design areas to guide the learning journeys for this domain.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences, learning and sharing best practices and insights on technology-enabled learning
  • Utilize data and insights to anticipate customer needs and proactively address potential issues, promoting high customer satisfaction.
  • Iterate and continuously improve based on data-driven insights, ensuring the platform remains relevant and valuable to diverse user groups.
  • Build, inspire, and coach a team of customer success managers and domain architects, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative and results-oriented team culture focused on solving problems for customers.

Require qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 10 years of experience Product Management field, with at least five years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with agile ways of working and the ability to promote an agile mindset.
  • Experience leading in a Product Operating model.
  • Inclusive leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate and build strategic relationships, in a highly matrixed organization at all levels.
  • Proven presentation and communication skills at all levels of the organization including the ability to quickly gain credibility with senior level management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for technology-enabled learning and its impact on workforce development.
  • Experience in, Professional Services, Management Consulting and or internal consulting functions; project experience in Human Resources/Learning Development space.
  • Creative visionary with a passion for learning and professional development with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.
