As a Specialist I in Customer Service, you will take approximately 80 – 120 inbound calls a day from checking and savings account customers. By building a strong rapport with your customer, you will be able to make an impact on the business. Your passion for customer service, inner competitiveness will allow you to excel in our fast paced environment.

Work Schedule:
Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours, which may include evenings and weekends. Specific schedule information will be provided by the Recruiter.
This position requires that you attend paid classroom trainings as scheduled. Training hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
