JPMC Candidate Experience page is Hiring a Global Research - Content Strategy and Curation - Analyst Near New York, NY

The team’s mission is to curate content for clients while uplifting and transforming how we distribute our best in class content to clients.

As an analyst in Research Content Strategy and Curation team, you will support the Research Digital Transformation initiative and will report to Head of Content for Global Research within the Global Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB). You will work alongside the research organization and partners from across the CIB. You will manage and supervise posting of research content, help with page creation and general curation/feature implementation on our new JPMM research platform. The goal is to enhance the reach of J.P. Morgan’s Research, creating timely and enlightening experiences for clients across our distribution channels.

We are migrating to a new platform infrastructure and are looking for a candidate with the ability to take on varied tasks and manage multiple deliverables. Aptitude to produce and adapt on the fly is highly valued.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for JPM Research site content curation, monitor reports being reflected accurately based on market events or content initiatives. 
  • Execute on product features and implementation, leverage data to drive decisions
  • Ad hoc site requests including theme page creation, bug fixes, change of content
  • Posting of content around different market campaigns 
  • Work closely with other teams in the firm to build and showcase content 
  • Develop new processes and workflows to increase efficiency, keep the flow of research to the research platform timely, and drive quality standards
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Assist and manage other content projects as needed
  • Attendance in office is required

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher)
  • Must have Finance or Investment Research background
  • Self-starter with strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Understand the content lifecycle of Investment Research, understanding the changing shelf-life of content given financial market news, trends and themes

Preferred qualification, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience with content management systems, experience with Adobe Experience Manager 
  • Understanding of a broad set of financial assets/markets (equity, macro, FICC etc) 
  • Previous experience in Investment Research industry or at a financial news outlet
  • Html/css coding experience 
  • Knowledge of finance digital products, metadata, taxonomy, and cataloging
