As the Commercialization Lead for Branch Segmentation on the One Chase Strategic Initiatives Team, you will sit at the center of strategies across the retail bank that bring our strategic vision for the branch network to life. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for defining our future branch experiences by aligning the physical environment and sales distribution effort to the needs of distinct branch segments that serve customers across the wealth spectrum.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic pilots that emerging from strategy development
  • Develop a robust fact base for key branch segments that serves as a single point of truth and anchor strategies
  • Facilitate mission statement brainstorms leveraging insights from multiple sources (internal data set, ethnographic research, customer segment strategies) that will articulate the objectives and key results for segments
  • Manage stakeholders across all retail lines of business and key support function (Marketing, Real Estate, Analytics, Sales strategy, etc.) Manage, lead and monitor a portfolio of pilots that align to the strategic direction of the business

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Project management: The ability to clearly define projects (e.g., determine success metrics and key milestones) and establish required governance to move projects forward across a wide-ranging, diverse set of stakeholders 
  • Communications: The ability to explain complex analytics using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint concisely and comprehensively, in addition to having strong written and oral executive-level communications skills, including being nimble enough to adapt messaging and style based on different audiences and agendas
  • Client management & teamwork: Must have a demonstrated track record of being flexible and working with stakeholders and colleagues at all experience levels
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: Must have a track record of being a self-starter that seeks to break the status quo and initiate change, and comfortable with ambiguity, given the rapid pace of change and various constituencies supported 
  • Strategic Execution: Must be great at balancing strategic and creative thinking while driving tangible execution
