JPMC Candidate Experience page is Hiring a Client Solutions Associate Auction Sale Audit Near Tempe, AZ

As the Vehicle Remarketing Sales Audit Analyst, you will be responsible for the reviewing the sale results of vehicles at auctions. Insure we are selling in a manner that allows us maximize the value of all assets sold. This role requires detailed review of post sales activities to ensure that our vendors are properly allocating fees and confirm that appropriate reconditioning has been completed. Responsibilities include performing audits and auction oversight for adherence to Chase’s remarketing guidelines and policies and reporting of results to Remarketing Management. Travel, while limited, might be outside of the assigned region at times and will be determined by business need.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review reconditioning expenses to maximize net vehicle values in accordance with Chase guidelines.
  • Review expenses posted against vehicles to ensure appropriateness and compliance with Chase’s auction contracts.
  • Audit sales results for accuracy and completeness, evaluating monthly sales results and adherence to authority levels
  • Follow up with sales reps for missing information or clarifications
  • Ensure all exceptions are properly documented and resolved
  • Identifying and reporting any potential risk or areas for improvement
  • Be able to creatively work through problem situations
  • Adhere to state, federal, and regional guidelines set forth by regulatory agencies as well as company policy is required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication with external and internal customers
  • Engage in interactive dialogue through active listening.
  • Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency. 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Must have strong problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle repair and parts costs.
  • Familiarity with auction industry policies and practices.
  • Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with time constraints and competing deadlines. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Ability to work with other platforms.
  • Ability to navigate difficult Interpersonal Interactions
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills; professional and courteous.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast paced, sometimes heavy volume environment.
  • Ability to meet quality and productivity standards while adhering to regulatory and compliance controls and policy requirements. Ability to interpret policies, guidelines and processes.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task; typing while reading, viewing multiple screens and systems and, keeping up to date with new procedures. 
  • Must display a high sense of urgency.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Word and Excel
  • Must be willing to work in shifting schedules.
  • Must be highly adaptable to change.
