As a Client Service Project Manager, you will be focused on leading a number of high impact projects across Payments Client Service. The Global Strategic Delivery team partners closely with global team members, service leads and business partners to best position the business to deliver exceptional client service. You will be a committed, strategic individual who can help drive key change in a fast-paced, dynamic and client driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute and deliver against the Global Client Service priorities and focus areas
  • Coordinate business strategy and cross business initiatives; engage with key business partners to drive business goals and priorities
  • Manage projects as part of the Global Client Service strategy, including effectively gathering, understanding and representing business requirements
  • Partner with senior management, Client Service, Operations, Product, Technology and Controls stakeholders to ensure initiatives are running as planned
  • Create and maintain project plans, drive accountability and ensure target deliverable dates are achieved
  • Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities that will deliver business efficiencies and client experience benefits and measure impact of change initiatives
  • Present results and recommendations to senior service executives while considering business nuances and organizational vision
  • Develop and facilitate metrics / materials for regular Business Reviews that provide meaningful business insight and analytics to senior management 
  • Assist in driving improvement in overall client experience

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Able to take initiative and work independently, driving projects to successful completion
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and interact with senior level management
  • Ability to create executive-level presentations with clear and impactful messaging
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to organize /analyze complex data
  • Ability to synthesize project findings and translate into recommendations
  • Self-motivated personality that works well in a team environment 
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
