As the Vice President, in the Anaplan Solution Architect team you will spend your time solving complex problems at the intersection of two dynamic industries: Finance and Technology. Demonstrating strategic thought leadership, you will design products that change the way our stakeholders across the Office of the CFO operate. Leveraging a deep understanding of the Anaplan platform supplemented by extensive Finance domain knowledge, you will build scalable solutions that optimize the use of data assets and advance platform capabilities, demonstrating the art of the possible.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to lead the design and implementation of end to end solutions in Anaplan, converting business problems into creative technical solutions
• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for large-scale Anaplan projects, including defining design and build standards for solution architecture across the Anaplan platform
• Oversee Anaplan Core Capability architecture and implementations (Developing Data Hubs, Data Integration Management, Centralized Entitlements Model), ensuring adherence to best practices and standards 
• Assess, design, and implement Anaplan data architecture aligned with updates from the Anaplan Product Roadmap with the ability to influence and drive the Anaplan Product Roadmap
• Be proactive in learning new technologies to evaluate and recommend solutions and architecture including integration with APIs, Python, AI/ML technology with other enterprise applications
• Leverage business knowledge and expertise in Anaplan to drive process transformation
• Can take a complex issue and break it down into simple, manageable steps or achievements
• Maintain strong controls in close partnership with internal functions and in accordance with company policies 

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Certified Master Anaplanner with minimum 5 years of relevant Anaplan experience
• Ability to create a vision and actionable product roadmap with a focus on ongoing innovation
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and deliver in a fast paced, results driven environment
• In depth knowledge of Financial Planning and Modeling
• Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to varied audiences with strong product demo skills
• Experience working in a product environment with knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience modeling data and using data transformation tools on large datasets is a plus
• Experience with Databricks is a plus
• Experience with SQL and Python is a plus
