As an Enterprise Agility Lead in Corporate Technology & Compliance Technology, you will play a significant role as a champion for the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices within our organization. Leveraging your deep knowledge of product development methodologies and Agile principles, use your expert guidance, mentorship, and support to drive our agile transformation. As a recognized subject matter expert, put your knowledge to use to work on complex issues, exercise considerable judgment, and make impactful decisions that shape the operational and business direction of the CCOR organization and their products/applications. Your leadership, communication, and coaching skills will be instrumental in empowering teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively, while continuously adapting to changing requirements and priorities.

Updated Job responsibilities

  • Work with Technology Partners and/or Tower Leads to transform the organizations to agility centric teams through the facilitation of assessments and workshops, guide them through transformation playbook by aligning agility priorities based on maturity.
  • Lead the transformation and coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies, and promote open communication and engagement among team members ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coach technology partners, tower leads, and agility leads in creation and maintenance of the product backlog, including empirical planning and quarterly outcome-based roadmaps.
  • Use advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to manage and influence stakeholders while communicating organizational impediments to leadership. Drive a culture of transparency and shared understanding by using metrics correctly to develop and communicate a clear narrative that correctly conveys the organizations (products and/or towers) strengths and opportunities, and to help teams focus on continuous improvement. Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts.
  • Develop and implement short to mid-term areas of opportunity/improvement plans, prioritize tasks and manage resources to achieve product goals in a timely and efficient manner through the utilization of metrics and evidence-based decisions.
  • Identify trends and generate original ideas to contribute to the development of new policies and best practices within the discipline.

Updated Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5 years’ experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks and their application in product with a strong familiarity and adherence to core Agile values and principles with experience as a practicing Scrum Master/Agility Lead on a technology team.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices, enabling effective guidance and support for teams.
  • Exposure to modern engineering practices like Unit Test-Driven Development, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration.
  • Display advanced knowledge of agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks, monitoring agility metrics and; with the ability to guide teams through complex projects, emphasizing iterative progress and adaptability.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context.

Updated Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training on Agile coaching, such as recognized coaching certifications.
  • Preferred tool experience: JIRA, JIRA Align, Lucid spark and Confluence.
  • Ability to leverage skills from coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and more to serve the team(s).
  • Knowledge of industry-wide technology strategies.
