As a candidate you must have:

  • High School Diploma ( Highly preferred but not required); Must be able to spell correctly and write quality emails to clients
  • Knowledge of employee onboarding (preferred)
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and written communication skills.
  • Good organization skills and an ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based applications.
  • Ability to learn new technology.
  • Basic working knowledge of all standard office equipment.
  • Must have demonstrated skill in prioritizing daily responsibilities
  • Ability to balance multiple activities and stay on top of daily requirements
  • Must be able to work successfully with minimal supervision, with the ability to take direction from both a remote supervisor and onsite general manager of operations.
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined with a strong work ethic;
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to uphold all company safety and other company policies.
  • Ability to follow company guidelines and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate well with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Maintain a sharp, professional appearance.
  • Ability to input data and clients, set meetings and schedule estimates,
  • Answer phones professionally and assist clients as needed
  • Strong Communication skills
