Project Assistant | Milwaukee, WI

The Project Assistant position will be based at JP Cullen’s Milwaukee Office and Project Sites. Extensive on the job training will be provided.

The Project Assistant reports directly to and supports the Project Manager and Superintendent as well as the other project team members. This role may assist in other office administrative tasks as needed.
Major responsibilities include:
· Support the project manager & superintendent on the following activities and more:
· Distribute varieties of documents (letters, reports, memos, meeting minutes etc.)
· Maintain clean office environment and buy supplies as needed
· Maintain electronic & physical files & record documents
Position Background Requirements:
· Two years associates degree in a Business or Administrative focus OR High school diploma or equivalent with one to two years of Business or Administrative training or equivalent experience
· Be customer service focused and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
