Are you a dynamic and experienced leader with a passion for the bubble tea and coffee industry? We are searching for a talented Store Manager to oversee the operations of Joyu Tea & Coffee, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and a smoothly-running store.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff members, providing guidance and support
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling
- Ensure outstanding customer service by training and coaching employees on service standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and product quality
- Collaborate with the management team on marketing initiatives and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to drive growth and achieve targets
- Uphold health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for both customers and staff
Requirements:
