What we do:
We provide an affordable monthly subscription of very low dose (VLD) ketamine. Our proprietary personalized treatment plan promotes healing of depression and anxiety. We combine medication, technology, and digital psychological modalities to deliver a powerful therapeutic experience that actually works at scale. For our Patients, Joyous isn't a vitamin nor a painkiller. It's a life-saver.

We're in a worsening mental health crisis, and have been for a long time. Our current treatments aren't good enough, and it's time for a new approach. Are you passionate about helping others and about psychological health? We need compassionate, competent, and organized care team members to help our patients navigate their treatments. Our care team is central to a healing patient experience, and makes the difference between a standard treatment an exceptional one. In this role you will be required to work from 9:00am - 5:30pm on Saturday and Sunday, as well as three additional days of your choosing during the week.
Location: Hybrid
- Work remotely on Saturday and Sunday
- Work onsite at our HQ in San Mateo, CA any 3-days during the week
- Hours will be 9:00am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities include:
- Psychoeducation and medical education for patients
- Providing compassionate support to patients suffering from anxiety and depression
- Answering patient concerns in a personalized way
- Managing patient disputes and issues in a positive manner.
- Assisting patients with initial consultation scheduling, treatment-related questions, shipping, and medication refills.
- Interacting effectively with the Operations team, business partners, and internal departments
- Working with our product team to identify needed features to our program
- Identifies opportunities to improve processes and services
- Answering inbound and outbound text messages and emails
- Assisting Patients with pharmacy related issues.

- Strong language skills and writing abilities
- Ability to learn and navigate EHR and CRM systems
- Collaborative abilities within and across teams
- Problem solving skills
