This role supports the mission to Share Christ – Love People by nurturing prospective partners within Joyce Meyer Ministries, fostering long-term relationships, and aligning their philanthropic passions with the diverse opportunities at Joyce Meyer Ministries.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute comprehensive lead development plans and project strategies aligned with our ministry's mission and values
• Collaborate with Partner Care Manager and Executives to cultivate leads and prepare them for Partner Care Representative assignments
• Leverage technical hardware and software systems to enhance partner engagement and communication
• Create, generate and produce long-term qualified prospects 
• Analyze each partner’s program interests and past charitable donations to support leadership in its fundraising goals
• Communicate status updates to appropriate parties and ensure the Partner Care team has timely, accurate, and useful partner information and reports

Qualifications:

• 4 plus years’ experience in lead development or Business to Customer (B2C) Development 
• Knowledge of Computer programs/OS-Dell computer Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Project Management Software and Salesforce preferred
• Experience with Monday.com
• Knowledge of Customer Relations Management software 
• Ability to work both independently with minimal direction and in a team environment
• Ability to interact within all levels of an organization
• Ability to foresee potential risk, quickly provide solutions least impacting on project, process, partners and friends
• Ability to motivate others and detail oriented
• Strong technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
