Joyce Honda on Rt 10 in Denville NJ is recruiting experienced Automotive F&I Managers for New and Preowned car sales. The qualified candidates must sell in a full disclosure, menu driven manner. Compensation is a Performance based pay plan. Your income is based on weekly salary, commission and payout per products sold. Great opportunity for a solid performer.

Spanish speaking skills are a plus to meet, greet and sell to our ever growing Hispanic customer base.

Working Sub-Prime cliental including iTin and non social customers is a definite plus.

Experience with CDK's suite of software products is necessary to sell products and deliver a vehicle. Dealertrack and Honda IN experience are also a plus to handle at home (remote) deliveries.

Credibility, personality and selling skills are just as important as years on the job.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
