Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The Service Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing prompt and efficient service for their windows, doors, and sunrooms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform service and repairs on windows, doors, and sunrooms according to company standards and procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Conduct door, window, and plumbing repairs as needed, demonstrating expertise in these areas.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, including work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and schedule service appointments in a timely manner.
• Provide recommendations for product improvements or enhancements based on customer feedback and experiences.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in window, door, and plumbing repair, installation, or maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
