Job Description: As a Home Remodeling Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for driving sales growth and providing excellent customer service. This is a commission-based position, offering unlimited earning potential. You will consult with potential clients, understand their home improvement needs, and present tailored solutions using our premium, high-end products. Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and close deals will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers.
• Educate clients about our premium, high-quality products and services.
• Showcase the exceptional benefits of our top-tier products.
• Assess customer needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the luxury and quality of our offerings.
• Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets to maximize your commission earnings.
• Provide exceptional post-sale customer support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in selling high-end home remodeling products or related fields.
• Passion for and knowledge of high-quality home improvement products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
