Our furry family members include a friendly chocolate lab and two cats.We're currently seeking an experienced and very communicative nanny to join our family. A bit about you: We are specifically looking for an older, punctual, and experienced nanny with a strong background in childcare. The ideal candidate will possess a safe driving record, maintain a balanced emotional atmosphere during playtime, and be able to adapt to the dynamic needs of our busy household. If you’re a nanny who has a passion for different family structures or trauma-informed care, this would be a great fit for you.Job Duties: We would appreciate your help, 3 days a week (flexible for the right fit nanny), as well as a late day once a week so we could have a date night too. Your responsibilities will include providing active supervision, engaging in playtime, and facilitating creative activities. Assistance with school work, occasional pick-up and drop-off to afternoon activities, and supervising chores will also be part of your role. With our children’s diverse backgrounds, we would love a calming presence to help facilitate the resolution of sibling conflicts when they arise. Additional Expectations:

• Transparency: Provide transparent and detailed reports on the children's activities, proactively addressing any issues.
• Gifts: Seek permission before giving gifts, and open them in our presence.
• Dietary Guidelines: Adhere to our guidelines on sweets and treats; no candy, sweets, or juice unless explicitly permitted.
• Extension of Parenting: Act as an extension of our parenting, maintaining our expectations and structure.

A safe driving record and the ability to pass a specialized BGS for foster care, including CPR certification. Adaptability and a calm presence in managing children's play and interactions.
