• Analyzing financial and programmatic documentation to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns
• Reviewing and editing ARB/PMR briefings to include QC review against Government guidelines/policies
• Assisting PMs and PMT/Portfolio Manager with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, and the portfolio
• Assisting with developing and refining programmatic processes & work aids to assess PMs/programs
• Assist with identifying program management policy/procedures, issues, and/or gaps, and providing recommendations for implementation
• Track progress of actions levied on programs during PMRs as well as recurring programmatic actions

Requirements

• An active and current TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph is required to be considered.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
• In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
