Job Description:

Are you an experienced and visionary mental health professional seeking a leadership role? We are currently hiring for the position of Clinical Director. As the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and overseeing the clinical services within our organization. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of clinical programs and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of clinical interventions, making adjustments as needed.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health treatment.
  • Actively participate in ongoing professional development activities.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work culture within the clinical team.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) required.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience working in an inpatient setting is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
