Job Description:

• Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
• Check-in patients upon arrival and verify their demographic and insurance information.
• Collect payments.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and staff to optimize patient care delivery.
• Maintaining clean treatment and lobby spaces.
• Uphold clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in healthcare administration is preferred.
• Prior experience in a medical office setting, especially in pediatrics, is advantageous.
