Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Coordinator to oversee our quality control processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that our documentation meets the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for timely quality checks of clinician documentation and physician orders.

-Fulfills quarterly QAPI audits to include Plans of Correction (PIPs).

-Responsible for conducting an ongoing comprehensive and integrated Hospice Agency assessment of the quality and appropriateness of the care provided, including services provided under arrangement.

-Aggregates and trends data collected to correct identified problems in collaboration with management.

Monitors all service providers for effective interchange and coordination of care in providing care.

-Prepares annual Quality Improvement report as part of annual hospice evaluation.

-Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of, and ensures compliance with, all local, state, and federal laws relating to the operations of the Hospice.

-Carries out other duties as assigned by the Administrator and the Governing Body.

Experience:

LVN or RN experience preferred.

Experience and knowledge in hospice procedures.
