Seeking experienced Medical/Behavioral Health Billing Speciliast, part time approx. 20 hours a week, ability to be remote as needed!
The Billing Specialist will manage all outgoing claims and ensure timely access to payment from verified insurance providers along with collecting patient balances outstanding with third party payers.
Billing specialist will run all new patient insurance as needed as well as investigate any insurance changes.
Daily claim approval and claim batches
Daily failed claim investigation and repair.
Daily cash sheet review and approval, of payments collected for coinsurnace, copayments, self-pay.
Download and post EOB's/ third-party payments.
Monitor timely completion of notations and provider claims.
Tend to and answer patient inquiry related to billing & insurance.
