Our VP of Clinical Services also provides additional supervision and peer-review to our team of BCBAs. Job Description:
As a BCBA, you will perform assessments to determine the factors driving a client's behavior and work closely with the family to develop an intervention plan. You will work in-home and in the community with families and the assigned R/BTs to implement the programs, train the team and caregivers, fine tune the program and promote generalization of the plan.
