We have an immediate opening for a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking a career in behavior analysis who is dedicated to making a meaningful difference for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
* Seeking a Lead RBT who has experience in the field of applied behavior analysis working with a broad range of clients, and whose availability is open from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday and occasional weekends. The Lead RBT will be expected to travel within a 30-mile radius of Boston, MA on a regular basis, and further as needed, to see clients daily.

Full Job Description:
Under the direction of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), the Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans and will also collect data and conduct certain types of assessments (such as stimulus preference assessments). The Lead RBT will also be responsible for assisting with the onboarding of new clients and staff, assisting with clinical assessments, providing coverage on cases as needed, implementing and tracking data on RBT trainings, and completing other clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
The Lead RBT must be available a minimum of 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed. The Lead RBT will be guaranteed a minimum of 32.5 hours per week. This role requires specific availability and flexibility to attend sessions on an as needed basis within Massachusetts.
