Intermediate Automated QA Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Automated Tester Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in upholding the quality of our products or services, ensuring they meet the necessary requirements and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of software.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not adversely impact existing functionality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects found during testing.
• Work closely with the development team to identify test requirements, create test plans, and implement automated testing frameworks.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure they are properly integrated into the software.
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and resolve defects.
• Participate in the review of software design, product requirements, and specifications.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product performance.
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.

• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of QA methodologies.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in QA.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in engineering, computer science engineering, electrical engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with QA methodologies, tools, related techniques, and ability to apply the knowledge to perform the job.
• 2 years of Automated Testing Development.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum framework.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Selenium using Java Coding.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A proactive and self-driven individual with natural problem-solving skills.
