Job Title : Sales Planning Specialist

Location : Cromwell, CT

Type : Contract

Responsibilities

• Ensure international / domestic customer orders, (EDI / Email), are processed accurately and in a timely manner to meet customer delivery requirements and to maintain highest possible customer scorecard rating for OTIF
• Verify order information, including pricing, item quantities, out of stocks, item codes, case pack and shipping details
• Resolve any order discrepancies or issues with customers or internal teams
• Coordinate with the Fulfilment Center and Finance teams to ensure monthly gross target is met
• Maintain / ensure accurate and up-to-date records of orders and customer information
• Provide exceptional customer service to address customer inquiries and concerns
• Communicate order status and updates to customers
• Provide off hour support to Fulfilment Center as needed (end of month / quarter / year)
• Handle return authorization issuance process for all customers
• Coordinate certificate of insurance requests for all customers
• Provide Trade Spend support. Working with the field, finance, and broker teams to process documents / deductions within the system.

Requirements

• SAP experience Required.
• CPG experience Preferred.
