Job Overview:
We are a well known Breakfast/Lunch restaurant for 18 years and are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
-- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic math skills for order processing and bill calculations
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
