JOSHUA ZINDER ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN LLC is Hiring an INTERIOR DESIGNER Near Princeton, NJ

JZA D seeks a motivated interior designer with 1-2 years of full-time design experience, must have a 4-year design degree and working towards NCIDQ exam.
. Applicants should be able to work with standard computer production programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
  • Business development including potential client presentations and proposals.
  • Project management and coordination with clients, subconsultants, and designers
  • Working with project team in sourcing and specifying decorative and construction materials including, but not limited to furniture, fabric, lighting, plumbing, and interior finishes, creating client presentations, budgets, purchase orders, finish schedules and spec pages.
  • Strong design skills are critical.
  • Production of space plans & construction documents.
  • Help with organizing all materials and library.
  • Meeting with manufacturer’s representatives for products updates.
Ideal applicant will be extremely self-motivated and have the ability to think and work on multiple projects at once.
