As a Crew Leader, you will be an essential and valued member of the Tree Crew with the primary responsibility of performing all tree and shrub care services on residential and commercial properties. Joshua Tree Experts, West Chester, Pennsylvania's premier tree care company is searching for a qualified and skilled Crew Leader. Through paid education and utilizing leading industry equipment we ensure that you have everything you need to not only do the job, but do it great!

As a Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in:

• Working with the Tree Crew, perform and delegate tree care operations to residential and commercial properties
• Operate spyder lifts, bucket lifts, loaders, and various saws safely to prune, remove, or manage growth of trees and shrubs
• Monitor and maintain assigned equipment
• Communicate with clients while completing services to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct all aspects of arboriculture related to tree risk assessment, pruning, removing, and cabling and bracing
• Learn, understand, and implement company safety rules and regulations

What you need to be a Crew Leader:

• Excellent understanding of tree care operations and safe tree care practices
• Minimum of 5 years experience in tree care operations
• Strong ability to climb and navigate a tree safely and efficiently
• Ability to work in a group and independently
• Valid Drivers License in good standing (CDL-B is preferred)
• ISA Certified Arborist is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
