Position Description:Ryerson has an opportunity for an Administrative Support position. As an Administrative Support you are responsible for assignment of a wide variety of diverse general office functions such as ordering supplies, filing and answering phones.

This is a 1st shift position. The hours for this position is from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* You will use your organizational skills to ensure that all shipping & receiving paperwork is filed correctly and completed on time
* You will be responsible for operations paperwork, receiving, claims, and tax documentation.
* Managing inventory is critical; you will use our Ariba system to order supplies and services to make sure our center has the proper inventory levels
* Microsoft Office Suites, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, will be required for this role
* All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

Position Requirements:* High School Diploma or GED required
* Very skilled with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, Office, etc.)
* Strong Math skills are required
* SAP Knowledge is a plus
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* Takes pride in your work and has strong attention to detail
* Very organized; can manage multiple tasks and complete them promptly
