Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Create weekly organic social media posts.
• Coordinate events, utilizing event marketing fund.
• Track team member time off, perform monthly commission spot checks and generate bi-monthly payroll reports.
• Facilitate new team member onboarding, including licensing and training.
• Track and follow up on annual office compliance training.
• Manage office birthdays.
• Handle email and calendar management.
• Create weekly meeting agendas.
