As an Sales Producer, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their personal insurance needs and ensuring they have the coverage and protection they require.
OBJECTIVES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs, providing expert advice, and delivering personalized service
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients' insurance policies, identify coverage gaps or opportunities for improvement, and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client files, documentation
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes relevant to personal lines insurance
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding upcoming policy renewals, review coverage options, and assist in making adjustments to meet changing needs or circumstances
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required for Arizona.
- Job contingent based on passed Life Insurance license within 90 days of employments.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and build rapport with clients and team members
- Ability to proactively identify sales opportunities, promoting insurance products, and effectively communicating their value to clients.
- Proficient in negotiating terms, prices, and agreements to reach mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer
- Effectively manages time and priorities to maximize productivity, balance multiple tasks and deadlines, and optimize sales activities
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- This position will require travel - up to 15%
