Currently, they are seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (APN) to join the team. In this role, you'll assume a pivotal position in patient management, working both independently and collaboratively with Loyola's esteemed physicians and healthcare team. As an expert practitioner, you'll design personalized treatment plans, evaluate outcomes, and adapt strategies as needed to ensure the highest quality of care. You'll also play a key role in coordinating care across the healthcare continuum, empowering patients and families through education and support.
This exciting opportunity offers a dynamic mix of telehealth and in-person care, with 75% telehealth and 25% in-person responsibilities at our state-of-the-art Urgent Care Centers in Burr Ridge and Tinley Park. Weekend shifts are required, providing flexibility, and ensuring optimal coverage for our patients.
Position Requirements:
• Minimum Education: Master's Degree required.
• Minimum Experience: 2-5 years of previous job-related experience required; 6-10 years preferred.
• Licensure/Certifications: CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification, Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Illinois, Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Illinois
