Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team at JWIS. The Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and general warehouse operations.

While prior experience in welding is not required, welding knowledge would be considered a significant asset for this position.

Responsibilities :

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of welding supplies and equipment
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in a timely manner
• Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and assisting with inventory replenishment
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide basic product information
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Welding knowledge or experience is a plus
