Intrepid is a specialty investment bank and provides M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory services to entrepreneurs, family-owned companies, private equity sponsors and major corporations, through dedicated banking teams with deep industry sector experience and over three decades of experience. The firm is based in Los Angeles, with additional offices in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, and Charlotte. Intrepid is the middle-market advisory arm of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (NYSE: MUFG), one of the largest financial groups in the world.
The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Position Overview
Internal Audit for the Americas' (IAA) mission is to influence management to improve the Governance, Risk Management and System of Internal Control across the Bank. We provide independent and objective assurance of the effectiveness of risk management and control practices, acting as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors, Senior Management and others.
IAA is:

You will support the IAA Managers in the execution of their audit plan, and will take part in various training opportunities, mentorship, skills development, and risk-based projects.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention-to-detail
- Communication skills are very important in this position and you must be able to conduct a professional dialogue clearly and concisely.
- Previous intern or work experience is a plus
- Majoring in: Business, Finance, Accounting and/or Audit
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Proof of citizenship, U.S. residency, or authorization to work full-time for any employer
