Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and create financial models to evaluate company performances and project future earnings.
- Conduct sector-specific market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industrial sector.
- Support the preparation and execution of transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises.
- Collaborate with senior bankers to develop pitch materials and present recommendations to clients.
- Manage due diligence processes by coordinating with clients, external advisors, and internal teams.
- Monitor ongoing industrial market developments and their financial implications for clients.
- Prepare internal reports for senior management and assist in developing sector strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all transactional processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field with a strong academic record.
- 0-3 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with exposure to the industrial sector.
- Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical tools.
- Strong understanding of the industrial market, including key drivers, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
