Downtown Pittsburgh law firm is seeking to hire an associate attorney with 0-5 years of experience to work closely with a senior attorney on all aspects of estate & trust administration and planning. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide analysis and counsel to clients on legal, and tax issues relating to estate planning and administration.
• Perform thorough legal research, identifying necessary information to navigate and guard against legal risks facing the client.
• Incorporate estate and income tax planning strategies including irrevocable and revocable trusts, wills, Spousal Lifetime Access Trusts (SLAT) and Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts (GRAT).
• Prepare inheritance tax returns and federal estate tax returns.
• Draft documents including sales agreements, deeds, wills, estate plan documents, and trusts.

Ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented and must communicate with clients and colleagues effectively and in a timely manner. Willingness to travel for court appearances required.

Salary based on experience and includes exceptional benefit package.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Estate Planning/ Estate Administration experience
• PA Bar Certification
