Within this historic backdrop, the Town Club boasts modern amenities, intuitive service, and over 200 diverse special events hosted by the Club each year that illustrates our determination to preserving tradition while exploring the newest trends of contemporary Los Angeles.

The Town Club is filled with unique landings for your respite after a long day, with the Rooftop Terrace that lets 13 stories mute the clamor of Downtown Los Angeles, or The Grill which brings signature dishes with fresh ingredients from our Urban Garden, meticulously paired with select wines from our expert sommeliers. With event and overnight rooms, gym, food, drink, and more, the Town Club is an oasis in the heart of one of the busiest cities in the world. 

The Garage Attendant is responsible for the following: 

• Assist members by parking their cars in designated areas, assisting with luggage, and providing information about the club facilities and services to maximize member satisfaction.
• Explain and promote club facilities, outlets, and services to members to increase member satisfaction. Provide members with local directions in a courteous and accurate manner.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
• Greet arriving members, assist incoming and outgoing members – parking their cars in designated areas and return the vehicle at members’ request in a safe and timely manner.
• Respond quickly to member requests or complaints in a professional manner and ensure appropriate action is taken. Follow up to ensure member satisfaction.
• Conduct inspection of vehicle and record information on valet ticket and in Logbook.
• Provide luggage assistance to members and/or bell staff as needed.
• Provide non-valet parking instructions/guidance/assistance to members upon arrival.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year of driving experience
• Frequently standing up and moving about the guest entrance, lobby areas, garage and or other parking/valet areas
• Running to retrieve cars from the valet area
• Knowledge of local areas
• Must be available to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays 

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
