JOB DESCRIPTION
Here at Jon’s Window Cleaning you’ll be using 24’ and 28’ ladders daily to get hard to reach windows as well as smaller 4’ ladders for ground-level work. Powerwashers, wet suits and accompanying equipment to get the job done. You’ll have your very own utility belt supplied with squeegees, a window mop, fine-grain steel wool, a sharp stainless steel blade, and a plethora of towels. You’ll drive from job to job introducing yourselves to clients and then going into quick detail of the work to be completed. Clean windows and wipe down sills of any dirt buildup, remove and reinstall any necessary screens. Ensure work is completed with a high-standard and in a timely manner. Reinspect work when done and before leaving for any imperfections, then proceed to collect payment from clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Outfit Work Truck w/ Appropriate Equipment for the Day and Maintain Adequate Stock.
Arrive to Client’s Houses On Time and Introduce Staff Work To Be Performed.
Make Ready Equipment and Complete Tasks Assigned.
Further Build Rapport with Clients by Attending Various Needs and Quelling Obstacles.
Ensure all Work is Completed to a High Standard and in a Timely Manner.
Collect Payment from Clients Before Departing and Make Sure They’re Satisfied.
Unload Work Truck and Safeguard Payments Until Collected.
REQUIREMENTS
No Previous Work Experience Necessary.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Attention to Detail.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills.
Ability to Work Independently and in a Team Environment.
Commitment to Ongoing Professional Development and Training.
Valid Driver’s License.
