The Maintenance/Integrity Department Manager holds overall responsibility for all aspects of projects from estimation and proposal generation through construction activities and terminating at job closeout. Applicants must possess strong estimating skills in the field of Oil and Gas Maintenance projects and have experience producing and submitting project proposals to clients. The Maintenance/Integrity Manager must also be self-motivated to sell work and grow the Kansas business unit.
The Maintenance/Integrity Department Manager is responsible for understanding and managing scope, safety, schedule, and client relations on projects in the Kansas area. They are responsible for tracking, forecasting, and communicating financial aspects of projects in the Kansas area. Through coordination with the Maintenance/Integrity Superintendent, the Department Manager will organize and manage all the elements involved in construction - labor, temporary and permanent materials, equipment, supplies, utilities, and time.
The pay range for this position starts at $100,000 and may increase depending on applicant experience.

· Identify changes in projects that impact cost, schedule, or labor requirements.
· Ensure change orders/change estimates are completed in a timely manner.
· Monitor project billings for accuracy and maintenance of a positive cash flow.
· Oversee work of subcontractors.
· Develop positive and ongoing relationships with customers.
· Support of company mission, vision, and values.
· Working closely within the Department to maintain a strong, engaged, and open-minded team required to gain discretionary effort from everyone.
· Clear understanding of upstream and downstream contracts; client, subcontractor, and vendor MSAs.
· A development mindset: employees, customers, processes, and all relationships.
· Work closely with field leaders to assess market conditions for field labor, productivity, and vendor/subcontractor rates.
· Strong record keeping, ensuring accurate job cost, purchasing, and invoicing process.
· Oversee safety programs including, but not limited to, leadership site visits and audits, all-hands meetings, safety committees and safety standdowns.
· Work with local authorities to manage permits, licenses, etc.
· Oversee purchasing and equipment/vehicle repairs on assigned projects.
· Participate in local trade group/association functions.
· Review all estimates with the appropriate Leaders based on our Delegation of Authority Matrix.
· Computer skills needed to access online or local software to support the position that includes working with the accounting software, estimating spreadsheets, Outlook, and other Microsoft products.
· Creative thinking is expected to continually question our processes to be more efficient.
