Duties:

Order inventory from manufacturers.

Check in inventory and create serial numbers.

Ship medical equipment to patients.

Track shipments and handle returns.

Ensure that all delivery paperwork is in patient charts and send to billing.

Communicate with team members constructively to reduce conflict and resolve issues.

Attention to detail is a must.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Demonstrate the ability to use standard office equipment such as telephones, computers, copiers and fax.

Display the ability to communicate with others effectively, listen closely and convey points clearly.

Show proficiency with computer programs which may include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Apps.

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Show the ability to quickly make decisions based upon anticipated outcomes.

Possess the ability to adjust to constantly changing workloads.

Work well in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 1 to 3 years in a shipping / inventory clerk position.
